"Platform" refers to the Khelagar website, mobile application, and all related digital services. "Bet" refers to wagering money on any sports event or game.

The following conditions must be met to use the Khelagar platform:

• You must register using accurate and truthful information.
• Each individual may only open one account.
• If online betting is prohibited in your country of residence, you may not use Khelagar.
• The mobile number or email address provided at registration must belong to you.
• Khelagar employees are not permitted to place bets on this platform.

You are advised to use a strong password at registration. You are solely responsible for the security of your account.

Your Khelagar account is for personal use only. Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

• Keep your account login credentials secure — never share them with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact khelagar support immediately.
• Completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process may be mandatory.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for account verification.
• An administrative fee may be charged on inactive accounts with no activity for 12 months.

Khelagar reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account at any time for verification purposes. This process typically takes between 24 and 72 hours.

Khelagar has a set of important rules governing Sports Betting, live betting, and casino gaming that all users must follow.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except in cases of technical error.
• Any bet placed before an event starts will be considered void if the event does not commence.
• Khelagar reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds.
• Betting may be temporarily suspended during odds updates in live betting.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the event and market.

For accumulator/parlay bets, all selections must win. If one event is cancelled, it will be removed from the bet and the remaining selections will stand.

Khelagar supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The following terms apply to all payment-related activities.

• The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• A minimum of one betting turnover on your deposit must be completed before you can make a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal limits may apply to unverified accounts.
• Khelagar does not charge any hidden transaction fees — however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Multiple Khelagar accounts transacting through the same bank account or mobile banking number will be treated as fraudulent activity.

Khelagar regularly offers attractive bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with specific terms that must be followed.

• Each bonus has its own Wagering Requirement (wagering requirement), which typically ranges from 5x to 30x.
• Bonus eligibility requirements must be met within the specified time frame.
• The same person cannot claim the same bonus more than once.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any bonus winnings.
• Khelagar reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses fraudulently will result in all bonuses being forfeited.

Khelagar is committed to maintaining a fair environment for all users. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in permanent account closure.

• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting technical glitches or bugs in the system for personal gain.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.

Khelagar uses advanced technology to monitor suspicious activity. If a legitimate account is affected by mistake, contact support and we will review it.
